Mexican Traditional Fiesta
DESCRIPCION: Traditional mexican fiesta, with a vibrant color decoration, folklore dances show, the tequila ceremony, (something you cannot miss!), margaritas, music, a delicious mexican buffet, a handcraft street market, traditional mexican songs and a espectacular fireworks show.
DECORATION: Sarapes, Hats, little artcraft market, wagon, straws, machetes and center pieces of natural flowers.
SET UP: Round tables of 8 or 10 people, buffet stations according with the number of people.
WAITERS UNIFORM: Traditional white shirt, white pants and mexican handkerchiefs.
CLIENTS GIFTS: Mexican handkerchiefs and small mexican pitchers.
MUSIC: Traditional mexican trio and mariachi.
SHOW: A great introduction to the Mexican culture, professional dancers will perform to you and in a 1 hour show to will take you to all the different States of Mexico and its traditions.

Tropical Night
DESCRIPTION: The natural, exotic and very tropical enviroment of Acapulco, gives to this party an spectacular ambiance to experience the las brisas style tropical party.
DECORATION: White table cloth with a flowery cover, the buffets with a flower clothing, center pieces of a pineapple and flowers, a big palm near to the stage as an island, coconuts, bananas and fishermen's nets.
SET UP: Round table of 8 or 10 people, buffet stations according with the number of people.
WAITERS UNIFORM: White shirt with a flower jacket and white pants. the chefs with collars of tropical flowers.
CLIENTS GIFTS: Flower collars for women and men.
MUSIC: Tropical with sound system. (optional tropical combo live music)
SHOW: A tropical ballet with natives from the region.
MENU: A tropical buffet with a variety of fish, seafood and exotic deserts.

DESCRIPTION: With red and yellow colors to bring the ambiance of the Spain's tradition, acompain with tapas, rites and castanets. A delicious buffet and drinks with the spain style.
DECORATION: Bullfights pictures, bullcapes, bullfighters' swords all decorated with yellow and red table clothes and carnations' flower arrangements.

WAITERS UNIFORMS: Black Shirt and pants and a red belt.

Black & White Gala Dinner
DESCRIPTION: With the elegance and quality of Las Brisas touch. A gala dinner under the stars with the view of the marvellous Acapulco bay as an scenery, full of elegance, soft music, piano, violins, a delicious international menu and the most exquisite drinks of yor selection.
DECORATION: Mini lights arround the area, little candels from the entrance all the way to the set up area. Black and white tablecloths, center pieces with natural flowers.
SET UP: Round tables of 8 or 10 people, buffet stations according with the number of people.
WAITERS UNIFORM: White Shirt, black jack-et and black pants.

Jeep Safari
We would like to invite you to enjoy an adventurous day with us. Starting at 11:00 a.m. you board you own jeep to make the track to Acapulco's outback, along the way to our command post (really a restaurant) you can take in the spectacular views, arriving a little later at the "Pavorreales Restaurant" or the "Peacocks Restaurant".
There, you have the opportunity to get close to nature, accompanied with your partners skimming the Tropical Lagoon close to the edges of the jungle and observe thousands of tropical birds, take a boat for a more relaxed and quite trip, have a few beers and refreshments and listen to music. This is probably the best way to get started snapping your Photo Safari.
Different group activities coordinated by an animator to join and make a full relaxed and emotion trip.
Later a delicious buffet lunch will be prepared under the supervision of our Chef, consisting of a variety of dishes. ( B.B.Q Buffet; variety of salads, assorted fruit, fish, chicken, beef and delicious desserts ).
Around 4:00 p.m. we shall be back to civilization.
